The Epoch™ IV Multi-Manifold Die features all the attributes of the Epoch™ family and is the preferred die for applications demanding extremely thin skin layers or the ability to combine materials with widely dissimilar melt viscosities. The Epoch™ IV die was recently enhanced with the Strong Back™ design. Developed for high pressure, biaxially oriented film production, the Strong Back™ design permits very high flow rates with minimal die deflection. Another valuable feature of the Epoch™ IV Multi-Manifold die is the ability to control the width of individual layers.
